Since 2001, China has practiced curriculum reform, positioning the objective of training the physical curriculum at the stage of compulsory education as: improving the scientific quality of all students. According to this goal, we put forward the basic concepts and curriculum objectives of physical education curriculum in compulsory education. Content standards by the scientific inquiry and scientific content. Scientific inquiry includes such elements as asking questions, supposing and assumptions, making plans and designing experiments, conducting experiments and collecting evidence, analyzing and arguing, assessing, communicating and cooperating.
