2009年以来,各级政府相继出台了加快发展旅游业的意见及优惠政策,乘着政策的春风,借助地方政府的推力,文化旅游企业迎来了行业发展的又一个春天。但是与我国文化旅游产业的蓬勃发展不相适应的是,在资本市场上鲜有文化旅游企业的影子,这里面有体制的原因,也有政府和企业自身的原因。本文意在分享笔者在上市筹划过程中亲身感受到的文化旅游产业上市瓶颈,并就文化旅游产业的市场化运作和规范发展进行探讨。
Since 2009, governments at all levels have promulgated opinions and preferential policies to speed up the development of tourism industry. Taking the spring breeze of policies and taking advantage of the promotion of local governments, cultural tourism enterprises have ushered in another spring of industry development. However, incompatible with the vigorous development of cultural tourism industry in our country, there are few cultural tourism enterprises in the capital market. There are institutional reasons for this. There are also reasons for the government and enterprises themselves. This article is intended to share the bottleneck of the cultural tourism industry listing personally experienced by the author in the process of listing and planning and to discuss the market-oriented operation and standard development of the cultural tourism industry.
