冲压发动机燃烧室热防护是其关键技术之一。隔热层烧蚀冷却、气膜冷却是冲压发动机常用的冷却方式。随着飞行器飞行马赫数和射程的增加,燃烧室的热防护问题越来越突出,必须发展先进的冷却技术才能适应其工作要求。提出了解决问题的三个途径:发展先进的耐热材料、采用新的火焰筒冷却技术、提高传统的气膜冷却效率。
Stamping engine combustion chamber heat protection is one of the key technologies. Thermal insulation ablation cooling, film cooling is commonly used in stamping engine cooling. With the increase of aircraft flight Mach number and range, the thermal protection of the combustion chamber becomes more and more prominent. Advanced cooling technology must be developed to meet the requirements of its work. Three ways to solve the problem are put forward: developing advanced heat resistant materials, adopting new flame tube cooling technology and improving the traditional film cooling efficiency.
