以酒店管理专业为例,提出高职院校现代学徒制的实施基础包括,基于“因材施教”原则确定学徒遴选标准,确立以职业标准为基线的人才培养目标与培养标准,构建校企深度融合协同育人模式,依托校企人力资源,建设适应培养需求的师资队伍,并基于职业能力与职业素养创新人才培养评价体系。在推进策略上,政府主管部门应强化现代学徒制的政策引领和制度保障,要以高质量就业确保现代学徒制培养模式的吸引力,通过建立多方激励机制协调现代学徒制利益相关方的关系,多方协同完善职业标准,以高水平专兼结合师资队伍确保现代学徒制的培养质量。

In advancing the strategy, government departments should strengthen the modern apprenticeship policy guidance and system security, to ensure the attractiveness of modern apprenticeship training mode with high-quality employment, to coordinate the relationship of modern apprenticeship stakeholders by establishing multi-party incentive mechanisms, Multi-pronged collaboration to improve occupational standards, with a high level of expertise combined with teachers to ensure the quality of modern apprenticeship.
