本文对“增温溶解 ,保温过柱 ,温水解吸”方法提制显齿蛇葡萄中二氢杨梅素的提制条件以及高纯度的二氢杨梅素制备进行了研究。结果表明 :过柱时上柱料液浓度、过柱速度以及解吸时水的流速对二氢杨梅素的提制均有影响。适宜选择条件分别为 5mg/ml的上柱料液浓度、2BV/h的过柱速度、6~10BV/h的水解吸速度。利用重结晶可以制备高纯度的二氢杨梅素
In this paper, the preparation conditions of dihydromyricetin in Glycyrrhiza glabra and the preparation of high-purity dihydromyricetin were studied in the methods of “warming, dissolving, warming and desorption”. The results showed that the concentration of feed liquid, the speed of column and the flow rate of water during desorption all influenced the extraction of dihydromyricetin. The suitable selection conditions were as follows: the concentration of the column liquid at 5mg / ml, the column velocity of 2BV / h and the water desorption rate of 6 ~ 10BV / h.
