本文报道了芳香族伯胺的重氮-偶氮化反应所生成的偶氮化合物在NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,在单扫描极谱峰电位-0.57V(vs·SCE)处产生的灵敏的导数极谱波.比较了芳胺取代基种类和位置对极谱波灵敏度的影响,探讨了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理.利用该方法测定化工厂工业废水中苯胺的含量,与分光光度法对照,结果良好.
In this paper, we report that the azo compounds generated from the diazo-azo reaction of aromatic primary amines in NH3-NH4Cl buffer solutions produced a single peak at -0.57V (vs · SCE) Derivative polarographic wave. The influence of aryl amine substituents and their positions on the polarographic sensitivity was discussed. The polarographic wave properties and electrode reaction mechanism were also discussed. Using this method to determine the content of aniline in industrial wastewater of chemical plants, the result is good compared with spectrophotometry.
