别居制度早就被列为家庭法中的一项重要内容加以规定,但随着改革开放的发展,人们思想观念的逐渐转变,别居现象已经是无法回避的事实,由于我国缺少相应的法律规定,使得别居者的合法权益无法得到保障,所以针对此种尴尬的境况,笔者提出一些粗浅的立法建议,期望对婚姻家庭法修改与完善有所裨益。 Alien housing system has long been listed as an important part of family law, but with the development of reform and opening up, the gradual transformation of people’s concept of thinking, alienation has been an unavoidable fact that due to the lack of corresponding laws in our country Therefore, according to this awkward situation, the author put forward some superficial legislative proposals, and hope that it will be helpful to amend and perfect the Marriage and Family Law.
