本文根据水泵的工作特点和原理,采取当今广泛运用的集散控制系统DCS,设计了泵站网络自动化系统。DCS系统的优点是功能全面,善于管理又控制灵活。设计的泵站网络自动化系统根据DCS的这些优点,利用分层分布的思想,将整个系统分为现场级、监控级和管理级。这样能充分保证泵站安全、可靠和经济运行,满足泵站防洪、灌溉等的要求,改善运行条件,提高泵站管理水平。随着现代计算机和软件技术的发展,泵站综合自动化将展现出一幅美好的前景。
Based on the working characteristics and principle of the pump, this paper adopts the distributed control system DCS which is widely used today to design a network automation system of the pumping station. DCS system has the advantages of comprehensive functions, good management and flexible control. The design of pump station network automation system based on these advantages of DCS, the use of hierarchical distribution of thought, the entire system is divided into on-site level, monitoring level and management level. This will fully guarantee the safety, reliability and economic operation of the pump station, meet the requirements of flood control and irrigation of the pumping station, improve the operating conditions and improve the management level of the pumping station. With the development of modern computer and software technology, pump station automation will show a bright future.
