温度因素造成空间相机离焦,使相机的焦面不在最佳摄像范围内,为了实现焦面的自动控制,保证相机的成像质量,提出了一种空间相机焦距的自动温度补偿系统。首先,详细分析了目前相机焦面的补偿策略,针对其缺点和不足提出一种改进方法;其次,介绍了该系统的构成、设计及其工作原理;最后,对其进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:离焦量可以控制在10μm以内,焦面的调整误差不大于1.3μm,温度水平控制满足系统设计要求。提出的空间相机焦距的自动温度补偿系统可以实现自动控制相机温度水平、自动计算相机的离焦量、自动控制相机的焦面,满足相机工作时焦面处于最佳摄像范围内的要求。
Due to the temperature factor, the camera in the space is out of focus, so that the camera’s focal plane is not within the optimal range. In order to realize automatic control of the focal plane and ensure the imaging quality of the camera, an automatic temperature compensation system for the focal length of the space camera is proposed. Firstly, the compensation strategy of the focal plane of the camera is analyzed in detail, and an improved method is proposed according to its shortcomings and deficiencies. Secondly, the structure, design and working principle of the system are introduced. Finally, the experimental verification is carried out. The experimental results show that the defocus amount can be controlled within 10μm, the adjustment error of focal plane is not more than 1.3μm, and the temperature level control can meet the system design requirements. The proposed automatic temperature compensation system for the focal length of the space camera can automatically control the temperature level of the camera, automatically calculate the defocusing amount of the camera, and automatically control the focal plane of the camera to meet the requirements of the camera to have the focal plane within the optimal imaging range.
