目的:探讨重症手足口病患儿的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月~2013年12月所收治的36例重症手足口病患儿的临床特点及相关实验室检查指标。结果:重症病例与轻症病例的一般资料及实验室指标按照体温、白细胞数、呼吸频率及心率进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重症病例与轻症病例的发热、口腔疱疹及合并神经系统症状差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发热、口腔疱疹及抽搐抖动易惊等神经系统症状已成为手足口病患儿的危重信号。
Objective: To explore the clinical features of children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: The clinical features and laboratory tests of 36 severe HFMD patients admitted from January 2013 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The general information and laboratory indexes of severe cases and mild cases were compared according to body temperature, white blood cell count, respiratory rate and heart rate, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Severe cases and mild cases of fever, oral herpes and neurological symptoms were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Neurological symptoms such as fever, oral herpes and convulsions and jitters have become a critical signal for HFMD in children.
