本文比较详细地综述了外源抗虫基因的分离、克隆与构建并导入棉花的研究进展。根据基因结构的相似性以及所编码蛋白的抗虫谱，对两种抗虫基因进行了系统地分类。并针对长期种植单一转Bt基因抗虫棉后，害虫容易产生抗（耐）性，提出了抗虫棉研究与应用的发展思路。
In this paper, the progress of isolation, cloning and construction of foreign insect-resistant genes and their introduction into cotton were reviewed in detail. According to the similarity of gene structure and the resistance spectrum of the encoded protein, two kinds of insect-resistant genes were systematically classified. And against the long-term planting a single transgenic Bt cotton, insect pests prone to (tolerance), put forward the development and application of insect-resistant cotton ideas.
