结合非路面行驶车辆的振动特性,在分析自行设计的阻尼可调油气悬架的工作原理基础上,建立了该油气悬架的刚度模型。通过改变油气悬架的自身结构参数(氮气室内气体的初始压力和体积、活塞两腔有效工作面积比等),从理论上分析了各参数对悬架刚度的影响规律。
Based on the vibration characteristics of non-road driving vehicles, the stiffness model of the hydro-pneumatic suspension is established on the basis of analyzing the working principle of self-designed damping-adjustable hydro-pneumatic suspension. By changing the self-structural parameters of the oil-gas suspension (the initial pressure and volume of the gas in the nitrogen chamber, the effective working area ratio of the two chambers of the piston and the like), the influence laws of the parameters on the suspension stiffness are theoretically analyzed.
