我国现代国有企业的类型多种多样,各类企业的发展也是不均衡的。企业成功的第一要素就是绩效管理。绩效永远是企业的重点,没有绩效,一切都无从谈起。但是在市场经济蓬勃发展的势头下,我国企业实施绩效管理的形式是多种多样的,观念态度也是多样的,这中间存在着众多的问题,正确认识和解决这些问题是我国企业实施绩效管理的关键点。
