目的 为研究獭兔在兽用生物制品检定工作中的作用,对非等级獭兔进行实验动物化研究,建立清洁级獭兔核心种子群.方法 采用剖腹净化技术取得清洁级仔兔,以提前2~3d生产处于哺乳期的SPF级日本大耳白母兔作为代乳母进行哺育至离乳,植入双岐杆菌等肠道有益菌群予以干预.结果 对8只经产非等级母獭兔进行剖腹取得48只得獭兔.离乳时成活36只,成活率为75.0%,其中雄性仔獭兔16只、雌性仔獭兔20只;植入肠道有益菌群36只,成活30只,成活率83.3%,其中雄性育成獭兔14只、雌性育成獭兔16只.经过定期质量检测,全部符合清洁级国家标准.结论 本方法用于建立清洁级獭兔核心种子群是成功可行的.“,”Objective To study the role of Rex Rabbit in veterinary biological products,to carry out the experimental animalization of non-grade Rex Rabbit and to establish the core group of clean grade Rex Rabbit.Methods The clean grade rabbits were obtained by using the technique of laparotomy and were fed by SPF grade Japanese white rabbits who gave birth 2 ~ 3 days in advance and still in their lactation.Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria were implanted to intervene.Results 48 baby Rex Rabbits were obtained from 8 non-grade mother Rex Rabbits,36 out of which survived after ablactation.The survival rate was 75.0%,including 16 male Rex Rabbits and 20 female Rex Rabbits.30 out of 36 survived with implantation of Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria colonies.Among them,male rearing rabbits 14,female rearing rabbits 16.And the survival rate was 83.3%.After regular quality testing,all meet the criterion of the national level of cleanliness.Conclusion The method was successful and feasible for estabiishing the core group of clean grade Rex Rabbit.
