随着国内市场经济体制的持续发展,医院也进行了相应的工作改革,不仅提高了整体的医疗服务质量,也对现有的绩效进行了实时的改革。医院绩效管理本身与医务人员的切身利益有着直接的联系,并且能够提高医院职工的满意度,全面调动医务人员的工作积极性,进而深层次推动医院的健康发展。本文主要对医院绩效改革对医院工作完善的实践作用进行了分析,并提出了相应的建议以供各位学者共同探讨。
With the continuous development of the domestic market economic system, the hospital also carried out corresponding work reforms, which not only improved the overall quality of medical services, but also carried out real-time reforms on the existing performance. Hospital performance management itself is directly related to the vital interests of medical staff, and can improve the satisfaction of hospital staff, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff, and further promote the healthy development of the hospital. This article mainly analyzes the practical effect of hospital performance reform on hospital work improvement and puts forward corresponding suggestions for scholars to discuss.
