在现代医学中,制定多指标医学正常值范围有着十分重要的应用价值,根据多元正态分布的原理,本文建议用多维正态容许区间作为多指标医学正常值范围(精确统计方法),并指出了通常用正态分布法计算出的单指标正常值范围是多维正态容许区间的一个特例,为了简化计算,便于应用,本文还提出在一定条件下,用多个一维正态容许区间作为多指标医学正常值范围(近似统计方法),文中举例说明了这两种统计方法的具体计算步骤。
In modern medicine, it is very important to establish a range of normal values for multi-criteria medicine. According to the principle of multivariate normal distribution, this paper proposes to use the multi-dimensional normal allowable range as the normal range of multi-index medicine (accurate statistical method), and points out that The normal range of single index, which is usually calculated by normal distribution method, is a special case of the multi-dimensional normal allowable interval. To simplify the calculation and facilitate the application, this paper also proposes using multiple one-dimensional normal allowable intervals as a certain condition.
