利用小麦温光型核不育系C49S 87作为父本 ,96B 13 8为母本进行转育 ,通过早代和冬、夏播不同条件对育性进行连续选择和鉴定 ,育成对强光照钝感、适应昼夜温差大的高原气候特点的新不育系K78S和K15 64S。育性研究表明 ,K78S和K15 64S的不育期比C49S 87长 15d以上 ,抗病性和异交结实性也有明显改进 ,在云南海拔 160 0m以上的多数生态区都可实现安全制种
Wheat C61S87 was used as male parent and 96B138 as female parent for continuous selection and identification of fertility through early and winter and summer sowing conditions. , And new male sterile lines K78S and K15 64S adapted to the plateau climate with large temperature difference between day and night. Fertility studies showed that the sterile period of K78S and K15 64S was longer than that of C49S 87 for more than 15 days, and the disease resistance and outcrossing robustness were also significantly improved.
