北京市密云县人武部在深入开展创先争优活动中,坚持与基层人武部规范化建设结合起来,与完成年度各项工作任务结合起来,与基层党工委争创“五好党委”结合起来,针对当前基层人武部工作检查考评不够系统、缺乏硬性标准和刚性要求等问题,把零散的制度系统化,把随意的工作规范化,把笼统的措施具体化,研究制订《基层武装工作考评实施细则》,切实把创争活动纳入基层武装工作的方方面面,确保创在平时、争在平时、比在平时,促进了基层全面建设科学发展。
