前言目前,在许多数字控制及数据处理系统中,常常需要使用角度编码器,以便将机械轴的转角变换成数字量,然后送入计算机进行处理。电容传感器式角度编码器是其中的一种。它具有精度高、工作比较可靠、能够提供实时输出等优点。在兄弟单位的协作和支持下,我们对这种角度编码器的电路部分进行了研制。本文即对此加以说明,并作必要的分析。为了获得高的转换精度和分辩率,电容传感器式角度编码器分成粗、精转换二部分。
Foreword At present, in many digital control and data processing systems, it is often necessary to use angle encoders to convert the mechanical shaft angles into digital quantities and send them to a computer for processing. Capacitive sensor type angle encoder is one of them. It has high precision, more reliable work, to provide real-time output and so on. With the cooperation and support of our brother units, we have developed the circuit part of this angle encoder. This article is to explain this, and make the necessary analysis. In order to obtain high conversion accuracy and resolution, capacitance sensor type angle encoder is divided into rough, fine conversion of two parts.
