基于宝钢股份炼铁厂对三台烧结机进行的质量和能量平衡测试工作,比较了各烧结机的质量和能量收支状况。从原燃料、工艺装备以及运行模式等方面,对三台机热量利用情况进行了差异对比分析。总结了宝钢烧结为优化热利用水平而采取的相应改进措施,同时本次测试的原始数据及其分析可为今后节能降耗增产等方面的技术改造提供参考依据。
Based on the quality and energy balance tests conducted by Baosteel Ironworks on Santai, the quality and energy budget of each sintering machine were compared. From the original fuel, process equipment and operating modes, etc., comparative analysis of the utilization of the three machines were compared. The corresponding improvement measures taken by Baosteel sintering to optimize the level of heat utilization are summarized. At the same time, the original data and analysis of this test can provide references for technological transformation in the future such as saving energy and reducing consumption.
