提出帘线/橡胶复合材料单层板的精确模量预测方法。首先,给出橡胶材料Mooney-Rivilin模型相关参数计算方法,推导帘线拉伸模量修正公式;其次,基于细观力学,建立帘线/橡胶复合材料数值模型,求解等效模量并进行试验验证;最后,提出帘线/橡胶复合材料单层板拉伸模量的预测公式,将预测公式所得到的等效模量与数值模型计算得到的等效模量进行对比。结果表明:帘线/橡胶复合材料数值模型建立方法是正确的;帘线/橡胶复合材料单层板拉伸模量预测公式能够较好的预测拉伸模量;研究方法能够为帘线/橡胶复合材料单层板的设计提供技术支撑。
The exact modulus prediction method of cord / rubber composite monolayer is proposed.
