当前,全民所有制工业企业正在转换经营机制。由于历史的原因,我国大中型施工企业都建有职工生活后勤服务系统。企业这些现存的生活服务系统如何转换机制,重新建立起既对本企业内部职工做好生活后勤服务工作,又面向市场,搞活经营,争创效益,将服务与经营融为一体的新机制,已是摆在企业界的一个新课题。南化(集团)公司建设公司从1992年起在此方面做了尝试,下面是我们的做法和体会。一、撤科建立分公司,变服务管理部门为经济实体,实行承包经营我公司生活后勤管理系统的机制转换工作
