本文是对四川凉山彝族自治州一个民族杂居村———西溪村现代化建设取得辉煌成就的调查报告，比较全面地介绍和论述了该村在中共十一届三中全会以来，在党的改革开放政策的推动下，工农业生产迅速发展，很快脱贫致富的情况，特别是在１９９２年建立西溪集团股份公司以后所取得的成就。报告认为，西溪村的发展有以下值得借鉴的经验：找准经济发展的路子；有一班好的带头人；不断深化农村改革；重视科技，努力提高全员素质；坚持以公有制为主体，鼓励多种经济成分共同发展；制定落实小康建设规划等。西溪村取得的成就及其经验，对相同条件的民族地区有一定启迪。
This article is a survey report on the brilliant achievements made in the modernization of Xixi Village, a nationally mixed village in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province. This report introduces and discusses the policy of reform and opening up of the Party since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee Under the impetus of the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, and quickly get out of poverty to get rich, especially in the establishment of Xixi Group Co., Ltd. in 1992 after the success achieved. The report believes that the development of Xixi Village has the following experiences worth learning from: identifying the path of economic development; having a good leader; continuously deepening rural reforms; attaching importance to science and technology and making every effort to improve the quality of all employees; insisting on using public ownership as the main body and encouraging more Common development of economic components; formulation and implementation of well-off construction planning. The achievements and experience gained in Xixi Village have some enlightenment on the ethnic areas under the same conditions.
