为满足超塑成形对晶粒尺寸的要求 ,选择Al Mg(5 0 83)合金 ,利用反应喷射沉积的方法用N2 O2 混合雾化气体进行喷射沉积。结果表明 :沉积态的微观组织由等轴晶粒组成 ,晶粒尺寸随着雾化气体中O2 含量的提高而减小 ,过热温度和微量Zr元素的添加对晶粒尺寸也有一定的影响。
In order to meet the requirement of superplastic forming for grain size, Al Mg (5 0 83) alloy was selected and spray deposition was carried out by using N2 O2 mixed atomizing gas by reactive jet deposition. The results show that the microstructure of the as-deposited microstructure is composed of equiaxed grains, and the grain size decreases with the increase of O2 content in the atomizing gas. The superheat temperature and the addition of a trace amount of Zr also influence the grain size.
