容光矿11#煤层是煤与瓦斯突出煤层,回风斜井在穿过11#煤层的过程中,为防止该危险的发生,在回风斜井揭开煤层前通过设计的超前排放孔排放瓦斯。在井筒工作面施工过程中,按照突出指标预测、施工排放钻孔、效果检验的步骤进行掘进,并根据检验的结果进行瓦斯排放。在排放工作完成后,根据煤层残余瓦斯含量的大小检验消突措施是否有效。当煤层的残余瓦斯含量降到了国家规定的临界值以下,证明所采取的消突措施有效。
