目的:探讨芪归银方对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染大鼠血清IL-1β水平的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、西药对照组、芪归银方组、中西医结合组5组,运用ELISA检测采用不同干预方法的各组大鼠血清IL-1β水平,比较各组之间的差异。结果:模型组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在各时间点均较空白组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);西药对照组、芪归银方组、中西医结合组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在3 h、8 h、24 h较空白组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);西药对照组、芪归银方组、中西医结合组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在72 h、5 d较空白组无统计学意义(P>0.05);西药对照组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在72 h、5 d较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);扶正透邪方组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在24 h较模型组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在5 d较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中西医结合组大鼠血清IL-1β水平在24 h较模型组升高,在72 h、5 d较模型组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:与抗生素相比,芪归银方能够在炎性反应早期增强促炎递质的释放,二者联用则作用更明显,有利于积极清除细菌及毒素,并随着时间的推移,使促炎递质的释放迅速下降,维持正常炎性反应水平以免太长的过激炎性反应不利于损伤的修复,充分体现了“阴平阳秘”“以平为期”的中医理论。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiguiyin prescription on the level of IL-1β in multiple drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected rats. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, western medicine control group, Qiguiyin prescription group and TCM-WM combined group. Serum levels of IL-1β in rats of different intervention groups were detected by ELISA, Compare the differences between the groups. Results: The level of IL-1β in the model group was significantly higher than that in the blank group at each time point, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); Western medicine control group, Qiguiyinfang group, Integrative Medicine group Serum levels of IL-1β at 3 h, 8 h, 24 h were significantly higher than those in blank group (P <0.01); Western medicine control group, Qiguiyin prescription group, The level of IL-1β in the western medicine control group was lower at 72 h and 5 d than that of the blank control group at 72 h and 5 d (P> 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The level of IL-1β in serum of FuzhengTouXueFang group was higher than that of model group at 24 h (P <0.05), and decreased at 5 d compared with model group (P <0.05) P <0.01). The level of IL-1β in serum of rats in TCM-WM group was higher than that in model group at 24 h and decreased at 72 h and 5 d compared with model group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Compared with antibiotics, Qiguiyin can enhance the release of proinflammatory mediators early in the inflammatory reaction, the combination of the two is more obvious, is conducive to the active removal of bacteria and toxins, and as time goes by The release of proinflammatory mediators decreased rapidly to maintain the normal level of inflammatory response in order to avoid too long inflammatory reaction is not conducive to the damage of the repair, fully reflects the “Yin and Yang Yang secret ” to flat period "theory of Chinese medicine.
