一项“中国职场人士工作倦怠现状调查报告”显示,74.6%的人有轻度工作倦怠,43.2%的人有中度倦怠。一工作就提不起兴趣,是很多人的共同感受。从外因来看,主要是收入增长赶不上物价涨幅导致压力大;工作单调、加班太多导致身心疲惫;企业氛围不佳、缺乏晋升渠道让人看不到希望。分析起来,员工签合同时,也跟企业建立了“心理契约”。当员工感到自己付出得多,而企业未兑现承诺时,就会心理失衡,工作兴趣下降。从内因来看,主要有新员工缺
