莱姆病是一种由蜱虫传播的伯氏疏螺旋体感染引起的人兽共患病,其发病率和致死率呈逐年上升趋势。莱姆病的主要表现形式之一是神经莱姆病,但其发病机制尚未完全明确。运用神经莱姆病实验动物模型对人类神经莱姆病进行模拟是研究该疾病的重要方法。通过对神经莱姆病实验动物模型疾病发生的研究,可进一步了解神经莱姆病的发生机制。神经莱姆病实验动物模型也可为其治疗和药物试验提供新的研究材料。本文主要对神经莱姆病的实验动物模型建立方法和建立成功与否的判断依据进行对比和概括,旨在为神经莱姆病的研究提供一定参考。
Lyme disease is a zoonosis caused by tick-borne Borrelia infection, and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year. Lyme disease is one of the main manifestations of Lyme disease, but its pathogenesis is not yet completely clear. The use of experimental animal models of neuropathy Lyme disease to model human neurological Lyme disease is an important way to study the disease. Through the study on the occurrence of neuropathy Lyme disease experimental animal model, we can learn more about the mechanism of neuropathy. Animal models of neuropathy with Lyme disease may also provide new research materials for their treatment and drug testing. This article mainly compares and summarizes the methods to establish the experimental animal model of neuropathy and the basis of the judgment whether the model is successful or not, in order to provide some reference for the study of the neuropathy.
