少年儿童运动员正处在长身体、增知识时期,因此,实现训练目标,完成训练任务,应具有一定的阶段性和长期性。少年儿童运动员田径训练是多年训练的一部分,对其进行科学的训练对运动员今后的成长提供许多潜在的好处,愈早进行锻炼所受益处就愈大。对他们来说,这种锻炼必须具备四个要素:挑战性、亢奋性、趣味性和效益性。为了培养高水平运动员,教练员必须了解少年儿童运动员训练的特点,做到有的放矢,只有这样才能达到预期目标。
Children and adolescents are in the long body, increasing knowledge period, therefore, to achieve the training objectives, to complete the training mission, should have a certain stage and long-term. Track and Field Training for Children and Adolescents As part of many years of training, the scientific training of children and adolescents provides many potential benefits to the future growth of athletes. The sooner an exercise is benefited, the better. For them, this exercise must have four elements: the challenge, excitement, fun and effectiveness. In order to train high-level athletes, coaches must understand the characteristics of training of children and young athletes, so that they can be targeted and the only way to achieve the desired goal.
