Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 50 years ago, the majority of food hygiene workers in our country have done a great deal of work in ensuring the nutrition and hygiene of food. The state has promulgated and implemented more than 200 “food hygiene standards” in succession. The promulgation and implementation of these “standards” have played a positive role in our correct evaluation and determination of the quality of food hygiene and the protection of the general public’s health. . The traditional method of evaluation is single
