本文研究了西南五省区水电站水库组成规模从8库15站至22库38站7种情况的随机型优化补偿调节调度,增加保证出力10万至100余万千瓦;能提高枯水年电量3~13%.本文引入了相对调蓄能力和蓄能系数的概念;提出了大规模水电站群保证出力补偿效益的合理分配原则和方法;同时对西电东送和云南向广东送电的出力过程进行了探讨.
This paper studies the random optimization compensation adjustment schedule of 7 types of reservoirs in 15 provinces and autonomous regions in Southwest China from 15 reservoirs at 8 stations to 38 reservoirs at 22 stations and increases the guaranteed output by 100,000 to 1 million kilowatts; ~ 13% .This paper introduces the concept of relative storage capacity and energy storage coefficient. Proposes a reasonable distribution principle and method of large-scale hydropower station group to ensure the output of compensation. At the same time, the process of sending power from west to east and from Yunnan to Guangdong Discussed.
