[目的]比较云南不同烟区K326 B2F烟叶常规化学成分的地区差异性。[方法]常规化学成分采用连续流动分析仪检测,并利用SPSS 17.0统计软件包进行数据的统计分析和方差分析。[结果]不同地区K326的各项常规化学成分指标大多存在显著差异,其中总糖、还原糖和烟碱差异达到了极显著水平;钾和总氮差异达到了显著水平,氯则无显著差异。玉溪地区的K326 B2F烟叶大部分常规化学成分与曲靖、大理和楚雄间均存在显著差异。滇东、滇中和滇西3个烟区的总糖、还原糖和烟碱含量的差异明显;而同属滇西的楚雄和大理间常规化学成分含量差异并不明显,这说明云南省不同大区域间生态环境的差异对烟叶的影响较大。[结论]揭示了云南省K326初烤烟叶常规化学成分特性的区域特征,为卷烟配方和特色优质烟叶的生产提供了参考依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to compare the regional differences of routine chemical components of K326 B2F tobacco in different tobacco areas in Yunnan. [Method] The routine chemical components were detected by continuous flow analyzer and the statistical analysis and variance analysis were performed by using SPSS 17.0 statistical package. [Result] Most of the conventional chemical composition indexes of K326 in different areas were significantly different. Among them, the differences of total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine reached extremely significant levels; the differences of potassium and total nitrogen reached significant levels while the differences of chlorine were not significant. Most conventional chemical compositions of K326 B2F tobacco leaves in Yuxi area were significantly different from those in Qujing, Dali and Chuxiong. There were significant differences in total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine among the three tobacco-growing areas in eastern Yunnan, central Yunnan and western Yunnan. However, there was no obvious difference in the contents of conventional chemical components between Chuxiong and Dali, both in western Yunnan, The differences of ecological environment between regions have a great influence on tobacco leaf. [Conclusion] The regional characteristics of conventional chemical components of K326 tobacco leaf in Yunnan Province were revealed, which provided a reference for the production of cigarette formula and special quality tobacco leaf.
