步型是武术的专业术语。步型在武术中是指步的式样与类型,腿和脚相互配合,通过髋、膝、踝等关节的不同展屈,使下肢在静止时呈现出各种造型,各类拳种均有自己的步型,一般至少都包括马步、弓步、虚步、仆步、歇步五种主要步型,八极门中主要有马步、四六步、弓步、虚步、跪步、并步和丁步。通过步型练习,不仅可以增加腿部力量,而且可以提高身体的稳固性和步子的灵活性。
