今年3月间,我院陆续派出了9个工作组到地方和工厂去帮助解决基建和生产中的有关设计问题。这种工作方法,在我院还是第一次。为了交流各工作组的情况,及时总结经验,把工作组的工作向前推进一步,我院自5月13日至28日召开了工作组组长会议。会上首先听取了各工作组组长的汇报,然后对我院在这一阶段设计工作中存在的若干问题进行了讨论。会议肯定了各工作组的成绩,也肯定了这种工作方法是正确的、有效的。在这一阶段,工作组主要做了以上几项工作;第一,交代设计意图,发现和帮助解决施工质量问题;第二,因地制宜地修改设计;第三,与厂方共同研究拟订扩建方案,帮助解决生产中的有关技术问题;第
In March this year, our institute sent nine working groups to localities and factories to help solve the design problems in infrastructure and production. This working method is the first time in our hospital. In order to exchange information from various working groups, and sum up experience in a timely manner, the work of the working group was further pushed forward. Our institute held a meeting of team leaders from May 13 to 28. The meeting first heard the report of the heads of the working groups, and then discussed a number of issues in the design work of this institute. The meeting affirmed the achievements of the working groups and affirmed that this method of work is correct and effective. At this stage, the working group has mainly done the above tasks; first, explaining the design intent, discovering and helping to solve construction quality problems; secondly, modifying the design according to local conditions; and third, jointly researching and formulating expansion plans with the factory.
