该文主要就航线可更换单元LRU的定量规划设计方法展开讨论。对于商用飞机而言,航线可更换单元(LRU)规划在很大程度上决定了产品维修性设计的优劣。通过考虑LRU与平均修复时间之间的关系,对产品设计进行权衡和优化,以便在全寿命周期内降低产品维修难度的同时提高维修经济性。并结合工程案例利用该方法对商用飞机航线可更换单元进行了应用。
This article mainly discusses the quantitative planning and design method of LRU. For commercial aircraft, Route Replacement Unit (LRU) planning determines the merits of product maintenance design to a large extent. By considering the relationship between the LRU and the average repair time, the product design is weighed and optimized to reduce the difficulty of product maintenance over the entire life cycle while improving repair economics. Combined with the engineering case, this method is applied to the replaceable commercial air route unit.
