导流叶片是板式表面张力贮箱的关键部件之一,微重力条件下,它的流体传输性能决定了表面张力贮箱的推进剂管理能力.搭建导流叶片模型试验系统,针对不同截面形状的导流叶片模型的流体传输行为进行微重力落塔试验研究,得到微重力环境下导流叶片流体传输规律.试验结果表明,不同截面形状的导流叶片对流体传输性能有较大影响,合理设计导流叶片截面形状可有效地控制液体传输速度,并且为推力器提供不夹气的推进剂.该试验成果不仅为新型板式流体管理部件优化设计提供参考,同时也为空间环境下流体控制提供了一种新的方法.
