自1990年至1992年,武进县教委对全县各级各类学校实行了“校长三年工作目标管理责任制”。这一改革措施充分发挥了各校校长管理学校的主观能动性,也调动了广大教师的积极性。我校实行了这项改革制度后,提高了整体办学水平,去年底,经区、县考核评定为实施三年工作管理目标的“优秀级”,受到了县教委的表彰,同时我校还被县教委授予“文明学校”的光
From 1990 to 1992, the Wujin County Education Commission implemented the “Principal Management Responsibility System for Three-year School Work” for schools at all levels and levels. This reform measure has fully exerted the subjective initiative of school headmasters in all schools, and also mobilized the enthusiasm of teachers. After implementing this reform system, our school has improved the overall level of running schools.
