审美教育,即美育,指施教者按照一定时代的审美观念和审美理想,选择和利用适当的审美媒介,引发受教者的审美经验,以此来培养和陶冶审美能力及审美境界的活动系统或过程。小学语文这门课程内容十分丰富,现行的教材也是一个充满了美的园地。教材中多数是一些落笔为画、脱笔为诗的佳作,其本身就是美的创造和结晶,美的形象、美的境界都是由美的语言塑造和创造出来的。大部分研究者认为,应在教材文本的语言文字中、词语中、句群中寻觅美,应在文学作品的形象、意境中感受美,使学生尽情享受生活之趣,想象因此而被激发,情感也被丰富,产生“移情”力量,从而达到有效渗透审美教育的目的。
