目的观察一种手消毒凝胶的杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法,对该手消毒凝胶杀菌效果进行了观察。结果该手消毒凝胶是由体积分数65%乙醇与10%正丙醇等杀菌成份组成。以其原液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均杀灭对数值分别为5.22,5.67,4.45,4.32;用该手消毒凝胶原液对受试者手擦拭消毒1 min,对手部自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.00。结论该手消毒凝胶杀菌效果良好。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a hand-disinfecting gel. Methods The bactericidal effect of the disinfectant gel was observed with the method of quantitative carrier bactericidal test and field disinfection test. Results The hand-disinfecting gel consisted of bactericidal components such as 65% ethanol and 10% n-propanol. With its stock solution on cloth Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans effect 1 min, the average kill logarithm were 5.22,5.67,4.45,4.32; Subjects wipe disinfection 1 min hand, the natural kill on the hands of the average logarithmic value> 1.00. Conclusion The hand sanitizing gel has a good bactericidal effect.
