首先介绍了按组合梁理论进行回采巷道顶锚杆支护设计中存在的问题,对回采巷道顶板进行受力分析,在考虑煤岩层倾角的情况下推导出组合梁厚度新的理论计算公式。其次,对巷道跨度进行了详细的分析,并给予明确的界定。最后,对锚杆的锚固长度进行分析,严格区分了锚杆的理论锚固长度和实际锚固长度,并给出了各自的理论计算公式,明确指出在锚杆长度设计中所指的锚杆锚固长度其实应该是锚杆的实际锚固长度。以上问题是煤矿企业在回采巷道顶锚杆支护设计中长期存在的现象,文章对其进行明确界定及补充完善,对现场锚杆支护设计具有十分重要的意义和理论参考价值。
Firstly, the problems existing in the roof bolt supporting design of mining roadway are introduced based on the composite beam theory. The mechanical analysis of roof of the mining roadway is carried out. A new theoretical formula for the thickness of the composite beam is deduced considering the inclination of the coal seam. Secondly, a detailed analysis of the roadway span and give a clear definition. Finally, the anchoring length of the bolt is analyzed, the theoretical anchoring length and the actual anchoring length of the bolt are strictly distinguished, and their respective theoretical calculation formulas are given. The anchoring length of the anchoring rod In fact, it should be the actual length of anchor bolt. The above problems are the long-standing phenomenon of coal mine enterprises in the roof bolting support design of mining roadway. The article defines and supplements them well, which is of great significance and theoretical reference value for the design of on-site bolt support.
