Minczewski曾用钒(V)-PAR-结晶紫萃取光度法测定了某些植物材料中的微量钒。该方法虽然灵敏,但显色络合物稳定性仅有5分钟,且操作烦琐,难于推广。钒(V)可以同PAR及H_2O_2形成稳定的红色络阴离子,并被用来测定钢和矿物中微量钒。我们研究了钒(V)-PAR-H_2O_2-结晶紫四元体系,它可在pH3.5~5.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中萃入苯-甲基异丁基酮中。萃取络合物对钒灵敏度高,选择性好,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.41×10~ε,吸光度3小时不变。用此体系萃取光度法测定了某些低合金钢中微量钒,结果满意。
Minczewski has used vanadium (V) -PAR-crystal violet extraction spectrophotometry for the determination of trace amounts of vanadium in some plant materials. Although the method is sensitive, but the color stability of complex only 5 minutes, and cumbersome operation, it is difficult to promote. Vanadium (V) forms stable red anions with PAR and H_2O_2 and is used to determine trace amounts of vanadium in steel and minerals. We studied the vanadium (V) -PAR-H 2 O 2 -crystal violet quaternary system, which can be extracted into benzene-methyl isobutyl ketone in phosphate buffer solution of pH 3.5-5.5. The extraction complex has high sensitivity to vanadium and good selectivity. The molar extinction coefficient is ε = 1.41 × 10 ~ ε, and the absorbance is constant for 3 hours. The system of extraction spectrophotometric determination of some low-alloy steel vanadium, with satisfactory results.
