油田公司为提高应变能力和竞争力,降低工程造价,调整和完善公司造价管理体系,成立了工程造价管理中心。以标准化体系为突破口,转变工作思路,推进地面建设工程标准化体系建设,强化全过程关键环节控制,提高造价管理工作效率,促使全过程造价管理各环节高效规范运行。本文在分析标准化管控体系建立背景的基础上,阐述了标准化管控体系的构成,结合延长油田生产运行实际,总结了标准化管控体系发挥的作用。
Oilfield Company to improve the resilience and competitiveness, reduce project cost, adjust and improve the company cost management system, set up a project cost management center. To standardize the system as a breakthrough point, change the work of thinking, promote the construction of ground construction project standardization system, strengthen the key part of the whole process of control, improve cost management efficiency, and promote the entire process of cost management of all aspects of efficient and standardized operation. On the basis of analyzing the background of the establishment of standardized management and control system, this paper elaborates the composition of standardized management and control system and concludes the function of standardized management and control system by extending the production and operation of oilfields.
