基于Extendsim仿真软件建立了单船装卸作业模型,研究了在双目标(船舶装卸效率和机械使用效率均达到最大化)约束下的机械最优配比和离散状态下的桥吊效率配置优化问题。研究发现:通过实时记录方法研究最优机械配比问题更加直观和方便;双目标约束下的机械最优配比与单目标约束下的机械最优配比存在较大差异,前者得到结果更为合理;由于桥吊作业的离散化特征,仿真过程中对桥吊效率进行平均处理对结果影响较大,影响度随着桥吊效率离散程度的增大而增大。研究结果为集装箱码头机械配置决策提供了参考。
Based on the Extendsim simulation software, a single-ship loading and unloading operation model was established and the optimization of the bridge crane efficiency configuration was studied under the mechanical optimal ratio and the discrete state under the constraints of dual targets (ship handling efficiency and mechanical efficiency are maximized).
