美国《1964年民权法案》后,移民教育进入了一个新的发展阶段。移民的入学情况、受教育的持续性、受教育程度及政府的财政资助等都呈现快速发展的态势。这些发展变化使得美国教育公平逐步得以彰显,但是通过比较我们也发现:各个移民在教育成就获得、接受财政援助等方面呈现出明显的差异,且这种差异有逐渐加大的趋势,从而影响了美国教育民主化的进程。
After the United States Bill of Rights 1964, immigrant education has entered a new stage of development. Immigrants enrollment, the continuity of education, education and government funding have shown rapid development trend. These developments and changes have made the education fair in the United States gradually demonstrate. However, we also find through comparison: the various immigrants show obvious differences in obtaining educational achievements and receiving financial aid, etc., and this difference tends to gradually increase, thus affecting the Democratization of American Education.
