研究了合金化时间和温度对含钛超低碳镀锌板镀层抗粉化性能和合金相组织的影响。结果表明,含钛超低碳热镀锌板合金化最佳工艺为温度510~525℃,保温15~20 s。铁含量为8%~10%,镀层多数为δ相,以及少量Γ相和ζ相组成。合金化温度越高,镀层铁含量越大;合金化时间延长,镀层铁含量同样增大。而且温度越高,合金化速度越快。
The effects of alloying time and temperature on the anti-pulverization properties and microstructure of the alloy coating on titanium-containing ultra-low carbon galvanized sheet were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions for the alloying of titanium ultra - low carbon hot - dip galvanized sheet are temperature 510 ~ 525 ℃, holding time 15 ~ 20 s. Iron content of 8% to 10%, the majority of coating δ phase, and a small amount of Γ phase and ζ phase composition. The higher the alloying temperature, the greater the iron content of the coating; the alloying time is prolonged, the iron content of the coating also increases. And the higher the temperature, the faster the alloying.
