礼貌是一种非常重要的东西,像哲学家赫尔岑说过的名句:生活里最重要的是有礼貌,它比最高的智慧,比一切学识都重要。英国学者Leech在Grice的合作原则以及Brown和Levinson的礼貌策略的基础上提出了礼貌原则,其是语用学的重要研究课题,作为一个语用原则来指导人们的交际活动,能更好地促进人们之间的沟通。职场交际离不开语言交际,是否使用恰当得体的语言,往往直接影响到职场交际目的的达成。职场与人沟通的技巧很多,本文从语用学的礼貌原则的六准则入手,分析并探讨了其在职场中的具体运用,通过职场交际的实例来说明合理遵守礼貌原则可以对职场交际产生积极的影响,使职场交际得以更好地进行。
