把普通的酵母菌涂在水果上,可以防止霉菌生长,延长水果安全贮运期。因为大多数水果,为防止水分散失,需要涂蜡,在涂蜡过程中加入酵母,就可抑制霉菌,防止水果腐烂。
The ordinary yeast coated on the fruit, can prevent mold growth, prolong the safe storage and transportation of fruits. Because most fruits, in order to prevent water loss, need to apply wax, adding wax in waxing process, can inhibit mold, prevent fruit decay.
