现阶段规范取值依据主要基于小尺寸构件试验结果,这与工程实际中的大结构存在差异。针对13个钢筋混凝土梁开展尺寸效应试验研究,详细测试并采集不同加载阶段构件的承载力、挠度、钢筋及混凝土应变等试验数据。试验分析表明,受弯构件正截面抗弯性能尺寸效应主要表现在钢筋屈服阶段和混凝土压碎阶段。混凝土材料抗压特性尺寸效应在钢筋屈服阶段有所反映,但负面影响不显著,从而验证了承载力计算理论的安全性。此外,对构件变形分析时,宜考虑多种因素对变形成分的影响;塑性铰区域非弹性相对转角存在显著尺寸效应,宜根据评价目标的不同,分别按极限承载状态和实测最大承载状态进行分析。
At this stage, the standard value based on the test results of small-size components, which is different from the big structure in engineering practice. According to the experiment of size effect of 13 reinforced concrete beams, the test data such as bearing capacity, deflection, steel bar and concrete strain of members under different loading stages were tested and collected in detail. Experimental analysis shows that the dimensional effect of flexural behavior of flexural members is mainly reflected in the yielding stage and the concrete crushing stage. The compressive characteristics of concrete material size effect is reflected in the yield stage of the steel, but the negative impact is not significant, thus verifying the safety of the calculation theory of bearing capacity. In addition, the component deformation analysis, should consider the impact of various factors on the deformation of the plastic hinge region of non-elastic relative rotation angle there is a significant size effect, should be based on the evaluation of the different goals, respectively, according to the ultimate load status and measured maximum load status analysis .
