随着我国经济的发展,也使得技术型的人才十分紧缺,尤其是那些具有一定实践经验的毕业生。但是,学生在学校中以及实习期间都缺乏一定的实际动手操作机会,为弥补这种缺陷,我们也需要研制一种自动化专业的实验装置,来满足学生的需求。我们以一条微型的啤酒生产线作为被控对象来进行研发,利用该自动控制系统将自动化的技术与生产过程进行结合,然后最终的实验结果能够反映到生产效率以及产品的质量中,使得学生能够通过实际的操作过程中系统的对自动化技术有了初步的了解。利用该自动化装置可以为本科生以及研究生进行实验课程的研究,并且能够为毕业设计等进行实验,在生物工程以及控制工程等专业中有较广泛的应用范围。

Using this automation device, experimental courses can be studied for undergraduates as well as graduate students. Experiments can be carried out for graduation projects, etc., and there is a wide range of applications in such fields as bioengineering and control engineering.
