建立食品安全消费者知情权保障制度的理论基础是信息不对称理论和消费者安全保护。我国已初步形成了食品安全消费者知情权保障法律体系,但在经营者信息披露、食品广告内容真实性、政府信息公开制度以及食品安全信息可追溯制度等方面仍存在许多问题,难以保障食品消费者的知情权。我国应当完善经营者强制信息披露制度,加大食品广告监管力度,在不断增强政府信息公开的公信力的同时,健全可追溯系统,从经营者、政府、消费者等多个层次完善我国食品安全领域消费者知情权保障制度。
